The room categories listed above were selected by the couple for their contracted room block. There are only a certain number of rooms available in each category and they are available on a first come, first serve basis.

If you would like to upgrade to a different room category (not listed above) you have the option to do so based on availability, all you need to do is let MarieSam know the upgraded room category you are interested in when you contact her and she can request the prevailing discounted rate for that room.

What is NOT Included in Price?
- Airfare. You are responsible for reserving your own flights. If you'd like to include flights in your reservation, please let our travel agent MarieSam know when you contact her.

- Roundtrip Airport Shuttle Pickup can be added to your package for:
R/T Shared Transfers to/from MBJ at $20 per person.
R/T Private Group Transfers to/from MBJ at $32 per person (private is only for at least 8 travelers arriving together). 

Trip Insurance (Prices Below): We highly recommend getting insurance but you have the option to decline when filling out the room reservation form. Any booking made without insurance is non-refundable. No exceptions.

Reservation Cancellation Policy

If you did not purchase the travel insurance and have to cancel your reservation you are still responsible for the full amount of your reservation plus the $75 per person cancellation fee.

If you purchased the travel insurance and have to cancel you will be refunded the amount according to the travel insurance guidelines minus the cost of the insurance.

Any changes made to your booking after the balance due date will be subject to a $25 per person change fee. Any changes requested after the balance due date must be paid for in full upfront even before they are confirmed.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process. Insurance must be requested in writing.
