We have set aside a special room block for our guests. But in order to ensure that you can be a part of our wedding celebration, there are a few important deadline dates that we ask you take note of:
















If you are planning to attend our wedding celebration, we kindly urge you to not wait until the last minute and make your reservations as soon as possible so we can plan our events accordingly. While we have set aside a select number of rooms for our group block, there are only a few rooms in each category available. So to book the room category that you want, it's best to contact our travel coordinator MarieSam at Mariesam@wrighttravelagency.com and make your reservations as early as possible.

WHEN YOU SUBMIT A RESERVATION REQUEST, THE DEPOSIT PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 3 DAYS OF YOUR INVOICE BEING SENT TO YOU, OTHERWISE THE RESERVATION WILL AUTO-CANCEL IN OUR SYSTEM. PLEASE NOTE, THE FIRST DEPOSIT IS $300 PER ROOM BUT IF YOU ADD TRAVEL INSURANCE OR FLIGHTS, THAT AMOUNT WILL INCREASE. 

- THE DEADLINE TO MAKE A RESERVATION AND PLACE YOUR FIRST DEPOSIT IS AUGUST 21, 2022. THE DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT IS $300 PER ROOM.

- THE SECOND DEPOSIT IS DUE ON SEPTEMBER 23, 2022. THAT DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT IS $200 PER ROOM.

- THE DEADLINE FOR ALL FINAL PAYMENTS ON ALL RESERVATIONS IS DECEMBER 8, 2022. 

LATE PAYMENTS SUBMITTED PAST THESE DEADLINE DATES WILL INCUR A $25/PERSON LATE FEE.
