Where should we stay?
We kindly ask that all our guests stay at our host resort Jewel Grande Montego Bay Resort & Spa. We want our wedding celebration to be a vacation experience for everyone and we'd love to spend some time with you outside the Wedding Day, be it at the pool, by sharing a few meals and drinks together or maybe even experiencing an excursion as a group. We have set aside a block of discounted rooms (minimum 3-night stay) at this resort and we ask that you make your reservation through our travel coordinator MarieSam.

Will you be providing transportation from the host resort to the wedding venue?
Yes, transportation to/from Jewel Grande to Half Moon wedding venue will be provided by the couple. Details on the pickup and drop off times are forthcoming.

When should we arrive?
You've traveled all this way, so you might as well make a vacation out of it and join us as early as possible. Our room block is available from February 8 to 15, 2023. And the Wedding Day is on Saturday, February 11th. We recommend that you arrive at least 2 days before the Wedding Day. But please come and stay as long as you'd like. 

What should I wear to the wedding?
Please dress semi-formal/dressy casual for the wedding. Think beachy, but elegant. 

Are children invited to the wedding?
While our host resort is a family-friendly property, we are having an adults-only Wedding Day celebration.  

What do we do about transportation in Jamaica?
Roundtrip airport transportation to and from Jewel Grande can be added to your hotel stay when you book your reservation through our agent.  

What is the weather like? What should we pack for our trip?
Montego Bay, Jamaica is typically hot and humid -- temperatures are usually in the high 80s to 90s. We recommend bringing light summer clothing and swimsuits. But also bring a light sweater for the evenings. Other helpful essentials include sunblock, mosquito repellent, water shoes, swim coverups, flip-flops, a light cap or hat, sunglasses, etc. Think beach vacation with beach elegant attire for the Wedding Day and beach chic attire for dinners on the other nights during your stay.
